Product Description

Sage & Lavender Facial Mist is a clarifying floral toner formulated for all ages to help minimise blemishes, blackheads and clogged pores while supporting clearer-looking skin. Sage and lavender are known for their purifying, antibacterial and balancing effects. Together, they help control excess sebum, soothe irritated skin and prevent the formation of blemishes. Green tea protects the skin with antioxidants and reduces inflammation, while willow bark extract gently exfoliates the skin with natural salicylates, promoting skin clarity and preventing clogged pores.

The toner moisturizes the skin, balances sebum production and skin pH. The mildly exfoliating and clarifying toner also helps to reduce enlarged pores. Spray on clean face morning and night before other skincare products.

Balancing ingredients

Sage water

Sage water is a hydrolate produced by steam distillation from sage leaves. It helps to balance sebum secretion, cleanse and refresh the skin, and soothe inflammation associated with impurities thanks to its antimicrobial properties. In addition, it naturally contains small amounts of skin-protecting antioxidant phenolic compounds.

Green tea leaf water

Green tea leaf water contains water-soluble plant compounds such as polyphenols and catechins. It provides antioxidant protection that helps protect the skin from oxidative stress, calms redness, helps reduce inflammation, and balances sebum secretion. Green tea is especially known for the catechin EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate), which has studied antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Lavender water

Lavender water is a hydrolat made from lavender flowers that soothes irritated skin, reduces redness, refreshes the skin, and supports its natural balance. Lavender water contains small amounts of aromatic compounds with mild antimicrobial properties.

Willow bark powder

Willow bark naturally contains salicin and polyphenols. Salicin slowly converts into active salicylates on the skin, which is why willow bark is considerably milder than pure salicylic acid. Willow bark gently exfoliates the skin, helping to keep pores clean and reducing blockages such as blackheads. It also brightens the skin and helps balance sebum production. In addition, it protects the skin with its antioxidant polyphenols.

Sage & Lavender Facial Mist Was Developed by Our Production Manager Riina

Sage & Lavender Facial Mist was developed by our cosmetologist, aesthetician and experienced production manager Riina, who has been responsible for the manufacturing of our skincare products in Riihimäki for a long time.

“The lavender water that was previously in our range needed a makeover. I got the idea willow bark extract from our owner Suvi, and I started researching different floral waters suitable for impure skin. I made 10 different versions based on the ingredients I combined, and version 9 ended up as the final product.

Sage & Lavender Facial Mist is my first product development, where I designed the entire recipe myself. The whole thing is designed specifically for blemished skin, and the scent is green with a hint of lavender sweetness. The toner is suitable for both women and men!”

Lunastaa lupauksensa

Käyttökokemukseni mukaan tämä todella auttaa kasvojen ihoa pysymään mattaisempana päivän mittaan, olen käyttänytkin tätä yksinomaan aamuisin. Tuoksu koukuttaa nykyään, aluksi hieman vieroksutti. Ennakoin, että etenkin kesäksi tästä tulee suursuosikki omassa käytössä :)

Tasapainoittava yhdistelmä

Osallistuin testiryhmän ja pääsin käyttämään Sage & lavender facial mist kasvoveden lisäksi Bilberry & Centella cream kasvovoidetta. Kärsin hormonaalisesta aknesta ja testijakson aikana olen käyttänyt tuotteita aamuin illoin, sekä pahimpina tulehduspäivinä olen iltaisin käyttänyt Flow cosmeticsin Propolis & probiotics rescue cream voidetta lievittämään tulehdusta kasvoilla. Testijakson jälkeen iho on tuntunut kosteutetulta ja ihon sävy on tasoittunut. Akne paukamia on tullut myös testijakson aikana, mutta todella kipeät paukamat ovat vähentyneet. Kasvovesi imeytyi hyvin ja tuntui miellyttävältä iholla. Mielestäni kuitenkin aika paljon sai annostella, että kosteus tuntui riittävältä. Lasisen suihkepullon käyttökokemus oli ihan miellyttävä, tuotetta levittyi sopiva määrä kasvoille. Pienet miinukset läpinäkymättömästä lasipullosta, koska en tiedä paljonko tuotetta on jäljellä, sekä tuotteen hajusta, joka on alkuun jopa vähän epämiellyttävä, mutta haju katoaa kyllä iholta. Päiväkäyttöön yhdistelmä on todella hyvä ja meikki levittyi sekä pysyi hyvin. Illalla kuitenkin kaipasin lisää kosteutusta. Kaiken kaikkiaan iho tuntuu tasapainoisemmalta ja uskon, että nämä jäävät käyttööni!

Sage Lavender Mist

Kasvovesi tuntui iholla ihanan raikkaalta ja imeytyi hyvin. Tuotteessa on melko voimakas laventelinen tuoksu, joka alkuun tuntui hieman oudolta, mutta siihen tottui nopeasti. Käytön myötä aloin pitää tuoksun raikkaudesta.
Testijakson aikana en huomannut ihollani merkittäviä muutoksia. Ihoni kuitenkin rasvoittui päivän aikana hieman vähemmän, eikä uusia epäpuhtauksia ilmennyt. Ihoni reagoi herkästi kuukausittaisiin hormonaalisiin muutoksiin, joten uskon, että tuote vaatii pidemmän käyttöajan ennen kuin selkeitä ja pysyviä vaikutuksia on nähtävissä.
Plussaa annan pullon laadukkaasta, hienojakoisesta sumutuksesta, joka levittää tuotteen tasaisesti kasvoille. Pidän tuotteesta, kasvovesi jää käyttöön!

Sage & Lavender kasvovesi

Pääsin mukaan testiryhmään kokeilemaan sekä tätä kasvovettä että bilberry & centella creamiä.
Olin reissun päällä, mutta huomasin heti että iho ei tukkeutunut samalla tavalla kuin normaalisti vaikka käytin joka päivä aurinkorasvaa.

Kasvoveden tuoksu on melko voimakas, maanläheinen, ehkä vähän voimakkaan vihreän teen tuoksuinen. Alkuun tuoksu häiritsi, mutta siihen pikkuhiljaa tottui ja tuoksu haihtui melko nopeasti iholta. Itse tuote muuten tuntui, että se voiteen kera olivat todella toimiva kombo. Ihosta tuli melkein mattapintainen eli kiiltely ja rasvoittuminen vähenivät huomattavasti. Myös kasvojen sekä dekolteen näppylät pienenivät selkeästi eikä uusia tullut enää samaan tahtiin😍✨️

Pieni miinus siis tuoksusta, mutta kokonaisuutena todella hyvä tuote. Myös tykkään tosi paljon Flown kasvovesien sumutuksesta mikä on todella hienojakoinen.

Hyvä täsmätuote päivittäiseen käyttöön

Osallistuin testiryhmään ja käytin tuotetta yhdessä Bilberry & Centella creamin kanssa aamuin illoin neljän viikon ajan. Tuotteessa miellyttävä tuoksu ja se raikastaa kasvot heti. Viikon käytön jälkeen iho tuntui pehmeältä ja tasaisemmalta. Näppylät ja rasvoittuminen oli vähentyneet. Neljä viikkoa käyttöä takana ja voin todeta ihon kunnon olevan parempi kuin vuosiin, se on pehmeä ja vain satunnaisia yksittäisiä näppylöitä ilmennyt viikkojen aikana. Iho tuntuu mattapintaiselta ja rasvoittuminen on rauhottunut. Suosittelen tuotetta lämpimästi ❤️💯
