Pod or oral rash

Perioral dermatitis (POD), or oral rash, is a skin disease in the area. The oral rash occurs around the mouth and in the nasal handles as a reddener and small wet heads. The rash can also occur around the eyes.

The cause of the oral rash is not known. It can be triggered by, for example, too strong skin care products or over use of cosmetics, hormone disorders, stress or intestinal problems.

It is recommended to simplify and minimize the entire skin care routine in the skin care of perioral dermatitis. Favors the most gentle and skin -soothing products.
