All orders are confirmed with e-mail, where you can see the amount of order, shipping costs and products ordered.

By placing an order in Flow Cosmetics web shop, you agree to our terms of delivery.

How long it takes to process my order?

We always try to be as quick as possible and usually the orders are processed within the same or following working day after receiving the order. Sometimes it is possible that it will take a little bit longer, but if there is longer than few days delay in the delivery, we will contact you.

Finland -shipping costs 5,90€ – FREE shipping on all orders over 60€

Posti parcel service delivers your order quickly and securely to your nearest service point.

When the parcel has been delivered, you will receive a notification by SMS or email.

International -FREE shipping on orders over 100€ or 150€ depending on the country

Note that when ordering outside of Finland the buyer is responsible for the customs clearance.

Products and prices

All prices shown in our website include tax 24%. If ordering to countries outside EU, taxes will be removed at checkout automatically.

Return policy

The products can be returned within 14 days of receiving. Products must be unopened and re-saleable. Always contact us via e-mail in cases of international returns, and you will get further instructions. Please note that the delivery costs are not refundable in international shipping.

Damaged or wrong items

Please inspect your entire order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or in error, please contact our customer service immediately in our e-mail or by phone.
