Packaging Materials & Recycling

We choose our packaging materials carefully so that they would be as environmentally friendly and recyclable as possible. We use a lot of cardboard and glass that are easily recyclable materials. On some of the products we have chosen plastic as packaging material because it suits the product the best considering the shipping and use. We use only recyclable plastic.

On specific product pages in the ‘Additional information’-tab you can find more detailed information about the recycling of a certain product.
Anyway, here are some of the most common recyclable materials:

CARDBOARDS

The cardboard packagings can be recycled with board.

ALUMINIUM-/METAL PACKAGES

Aluminium, otherwise metal can be recycled with metal.

Metal as packing material:

  • Metal is a permanently available resource
  • It doesn’t deplete over any timescale
  • It never loses its molecular properties
  • It can be recycled and re-used indefinitely

Metal scrap is not waste – it is a resource!

Recycled metal packaging is used to feed the production cycle – significantly reducing energy use.

Metal is the most recycled packaging material in Europe.

TUBES

Our tubes are perfectly recyclable PE-LD 4 quality and can be recycled with plastic. PE-LD 4 is suited for energy utilization.

GLASS JARS

Glass jars are perfectly recyclable and can be recycled with glass. NOTE! Our glass jars have plastic caps/lids and they can be recycled with plastic.

MAKEUP JARS

Our makeup jars can be recycled with plastic.

KONJAC-FACIAL SPONGES

Konjac-sponges decompose and they can be recycled with organic waste/biowaste.

PUMPS & DROPPERS

Pump: The pump can be recycled with plastic.

Dropper: The dropper can be recycled entirely in mixed waste.
Droppers recycling by parts: The glass part can be taken off so that it is possible to recycle with glass. The plastic part belongs in plastic waste.
