The Beauty Superberry: Arctic Lingonberry

We at Flow are huge fans of lingonberries, and this is why the autumn season is a delightful time for us. In lingonberry spots, you can witness a magnificent sight when the patches and trailsides glow brilliantly red, with ripe and vibrant lingonberries. We Finns know that the climate conditions here in the North can be harsh – in nature, this means only the strongest plants survive.

Finland is renowned as a land of stunning forests; our forests are not only beautiful and serene but also full of various natural superfoods such as berries, wild herbs, and mushrooms. At Flow, we value these natural gifts immensely, as they are also found in our products.

Beyond their beauty, lingonberries are incredibly nutrient-rich. They contain a lot of fruit acids, which are particularly beneficial for the skin's cell renewal processes. Additionally, lingonberries are rich in antioxidants that protect the skin from aging, pollution, and other impurities.
